Do you cover all of Sale?

Yes. We cover Sale and the surrounding areas (M33) from our base in Middleton, and site visits are free.

Do you give fixed quotes?

Yes. After a free site visit you get a clear, itemised written quote. The price we put in writing is the price you pay unless you change the job.

Do you handle building regulations and certificates?

Yes. Structural openings, electrical and gas work are notified and carried out by registered tradespeople, and the certificates are handed over at the end of the job.

How soon can you start?

Smaller jobs can often be booked within a few weeks. Extensions and full refurbishments are scheduled further ahead, and we will give you an honest start date rather than an optimistic one.

If you go ahead, you deal with the same person from the first visit to the final walk-through, the site is kept tidy, and the property is handed back clean and finished.
