You get one written quote per property, one contact, photographs of progress if you are not local, and the compliance paperwork handed over at the end. We are used to working with keys collected from agents, tenants still in situ for smaller works, and the practical realities of rental stock.
We also work alongside our sister company Clearway Recycling for house clearances and waste removal, so a property left full of belongings can be cleared and refurbished by one coordinated team.
A standard redecorate-and-flooring void is usually one to two weeks. We will give you a firm programme with the quote so you can line up the next tenancy.
Yes. We collect keys, report back with photos, and invoice the agent or the landlord as instructed.
Electrical and gas work is carried out by registered engineers and the certificates are provided at handover.
Yes. Portfolio landlords and agents can put us on a rolling basis so voids are booked in as soon as notice is given.
