A new kitchen is rarely just cabinets. Sockets need moving, lighting rethinking, plumbing extending for an island or a dishwasher, walls making good, floors levelling and the whole room decorating afterwards. Housewright does all of it as one job. You can buy the kitchen yourself from wherever you like and we will fit it, or we can supply it through our trade accounts and manage delivery and fitting together.

• Full strip-out and disposal of the old kitchen
• First-fix plumbing and electrics, including new circuits where needed
• Plastering, boxing-in and making good
• Cabinet, worktop and appliance installation
• Wall and floor tiling, splashbacks and flooring
• Decoration and a final clean

Bathrooms, en-suites and wet rooms

Bathrooms are unforgiving: a poor fall on a shower tray or a badly tanked wet room shows up as a leak in the ceiling below within months. We take the waterproofing and drainage as seriously as the tiling, and we fit to manufacturers' instructions so guarantees stand.

• Complete strip-out back to bare walls and floor
• New pipework, wastes and extractor ventilation
• Tanking and waterproofing for showers and wet rooms
• Baths, showers, WCs and basins fitted and commissioned
• Wall and floor tiling, underfloor heating where wanted
• Downstairs WCs and en-suites added as part of a refurbishment or extension

If you already have a design and have bought the suite or the units, we are happy to fit only. If you would rather have one company handle the lot, we will measure, help you choose sensible products that suit the house, and price everything in one written quote.
